5×5 Harvesting
The Harvester's Scythe can harvest mature crops across a 5×5 area around the target instead of requiring every crop to be broken individually.

Mature Crops Only
The custom harvest operation targets crops that are ready to harvest. Nearby immature crops are not intentionally destroyed just because they are inside the area.

Automatic Replanting
After harvesting a supported crop, the Scythe replants it so the farm can begin its next growth cycle immediately.
Replanted crops do not also drop an extra seed for the replant itself; this prevents the tool from duplicating planting resources.

How Targeting Works
The area harvest can still collect nearby mature crops even if the specific crop you clicked is not mature, allowing the tool to behave around the field rather than treating the clicked block as the only valid crop.

Best Use
The Scythe is designed for established crop farms where repeated manual harvesting would otherwise become busywork.
