Dimension Progression
Reaching another dimension is a major progression step and can be represented in the Journal alongside the discoveries found inside it.
Dimension access does not override OneChunk ownership rules. The Nether in particular keeps claim-aware progression.

The Nether
The Nether is not treated as an unrestricted escape from the OneChunk loop. Territory and portal routing remain tied to valid progression so exploration there still matters.

Discoveries Across Dimensions
New biomes, resources, mobs, and structures found in another dimension can expand the same discovery history rather than creating an unrelated system.
